For three days I've eaten 6 smaller meals per day, and had at least 8 glasses of water. Only one day of exercise because I've had a bad cold, but I'm feeling better already. When you eat fresh food rather than processed crap, it's amazing how much better you feel.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
