haven't had much time to exercise due to lots of study but i have stuck to my vegan diet 100% this week so far so i'm happy :)
99.4 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1574 kcal Fat: 70.89g | Prot: 72.74g | Carb: 155.81g.   Breakfast: Kellogg's Nutri-Grain, Espresso Coffee, So Good Regular Soy Milk. Lunch: Celery, Chris' Hommus, Alpine Coconut Yoghurt, Aldi Rice Cracker Snacks. Dinner: Broccoli Flower Clusters, Linda McCartney Vegetarian Sausage Rolls. Snacks/Other: So Good Vanilla Bliss Flavoured Soy Milk, Be Light Rice Cracker Snacks (Packet), Earl Grey Tea, So Good Almond & Coconut Milk, Lowan Whole Foods Natural Muesli, Vitasoy Soy Milky Lite, Gloria Jeans Vanilla Syrup. more...

Yeah, I understand that Spence(lol), finals are looming by and my exercise had definetely declined. I find that my calorie intake has significantly decreased though....yet somehow I'm not feeling as sleepy as I normally do when studying- perhaps the fear of failure is keeping me awake HAHA 😂

During exam block I find my intake either increases or decreases ALOT! depends how i'm feeling... haha well if you're like me you've always got coffee as a backup to stay awake 😂 good luck with finals!

ME TOO! There's no medium whatsoever, I have to be careful of the coffee though, I've had heart palpitations from overconsumption before. I have another nasty habit that I tend to overdo when stressed- smoking 😛

Same if I have any more than 3 coffees during the day my heart starts to beat a bit off... Ah yes, my go-to is vodka shots which isn't much better!! Sometimes you just gotta relax though so I get ya 😂
