Hoooooray!! omg! I got over that little mark and below 200! I was thinking I would see it a lot faster but I'm really excited to be seeing it!! Yesterday was a really hectic day I didn't even eat as much as I should have.. and I was trying to push those carbs by eating nuts and salad at work.. but today what i packed to get through the day is basically all Induction type stuff even though i'm in OWL.. doesn't hurt occasionally. I have more push to really work out more now.. I have a new challenge that starts today. I say BRING IT ON!

199.5 lb Lost so far: 14.5 lb.    Still to go: 49.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you so much! I do feel much better as each day goes by, I do have my tired days but I still feel much better than when I was just eating whatever and sitting around day and night. I also feel thinner I just feel it. It may not always show on the scale or when I look n the mirror (yeesh) but I feel that confidence. =)
