I'm weighing in today to get my Challenge started. I'm so excited to do this challenge. I do so much better with small goals. Here's to a great week and month!!!!
180.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
