Did okay for eating yesterday. Coffee in the a.m. Dinner, chicken and ravioli stew. Had one glass of vodka with low cal juice.
137.2 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
