I am over the moon this morning. Got past 195 for the first time since I started watching what I eat. Halleluah! It can be done! And it's encouraging. 10 more pounds before my vacation hopefully.
193.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
