Lights had been out 3 days due to hurricane Matthew. Plus the area I live in is surrounded by bridges, the only way in or out. Only 1 bridge passable. I live in a high area so I'm alright, just bridges are in low area's. Light's finally back on. Have not been able to get online, I do have weather radio, my only source of info. I have an old fashioned cell phone, just for talking. Got off my lifestyle a bit, eating mainly foods we canned & grilled meats. Gained a pound, Because I think I ate a little more than I should have due to stress, if that's possible. Back on track today. Bridges still flooded & the water is still rising. But I'll be ok. Hope ya'll all are doing well.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
