Down 2 lbs!!! I needed this to keep me going! I've been doing the treadmill EVERY day, & upped the intensity, but still only doing 30 min.
128.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.8 lb a week

Well done! I cant do 30 mins running on the treadmill at all, i die after about 10! Gorgeous family, keep up the good work! x
