I don't even have an excuse this time around. I totally pigged out for the holidays. Disgusting.....

240.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 70.4 lb. Diet followed poorly.

Do not be hard on yourself..It is the holidays and we eat with Family and friends a lot over this time. Just pick yourself up by the boot straps and get going. I pigged out too and Im starting again today. We WILL meet our goals this year!
