Stayed the same again. I'm having a really busy social week. Lots of eating out and temptations so if I can stay the same I think I will have succeeded.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sounds like success to me!! Don't forget to eat a light breakfast in the mornings...it will speed up your metabolism for the whole day. Green tea is suppose to be good for weightloss too. Check out the naturally flavored ones or add your own lemon juice ;)Keep up the good work!!
