Well, today was the first day of our boot camp. It went well, although my mouth is hurting some from all the activity (recent oral surgery). I like our trainer, Ashley, and all the ladies in the class are enthusiastic (especially for 5:30 in the morning). My weight is a bit different then the first time I weighed in, which was from my doctor's office - so that is interesting. I'm not going to worry to much about it though, given that my diet has definitely been different from the norm since my mouth surgery last week. As long as the trend is on a downward slope this month all is good. :-)
