Ok, going to get back on track today. Gained 5 pounds over the last 10 days and now it's GOT to come off. New Year, new commitment, new motivation! I am ready!!!
226.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
