Although I lost from 210 (dressed in doctor office) down to 191, that extreme loss was a peculiar effect from quitting meloxicam, a strong anti irritant that gave me high blood pressure and water retention. There was a natural bounce and I went up to 194, despite staying on my diet pretty strictly that week. Since I have been more lax, but sill staying near or under 1200. The knee injury on my left and fasciitis on my right heel have made me sedentary against my choice. Normally I would be working up to being able to walk for a hour. Though in a state where I am not burning a lot of calories, The 193 is still a loss (albeit of only one pound).
193.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 51.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
