Whole big bag of cheddar potato chips (threw up some), lowfat cottage cheese earlier yesterday, ice cream in front of TV. I guess stress eating, but no excuse.
136.2 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
