I'm really disapointed I did not lose one ounce this week. Not at all sure why. I guess I will either have to cut something out of my diet or increase my exercise. I don't get it.
230.4 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 55.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know how you feel. Where you are trying really hard to lose the weight and you are following all the rules and yet nothing seems to be moving forward.

There could be a lot of reasons why you stayed the same. It's part of the weight loss journey. You can do everything right and see a gain. You could end up with a big loss next week. Are you drinking water to flush out sodium? Are you getting enough protein, fresh fruits and veggies? Vary your calories until you find what is working for you. Increase your exercise. Change up your exercise. There are lot's of things you can do.
