Have not done too well this week. All my fault. i have really been a slacker. I have to get back on track. Once things settle from all the holiday chaos it should get easier. I have been riding my bike which is a lot more than a normally do. So that is good. Not gonna stress over it though. Just gonna do the best I can for now.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.0 lb a week

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that my Jambalaya recipe got published. You should check it out. Tasty. And makes a lot so you can have lunches for days or freeze portions. Mmmm...good. But not until Phase 2!

For me it's hard to stick to a diet with all the food temptations. You're generally moving in the right direction, so just keep working at it and NEVER STOP. You'll get there!

Keeping up on the exercise is GREAT! Keep it up, not looking back and no beating yourself up, either! No good comes out of that! :) lol Back in the saddle of life and good healthy eating, for YOU, because YOU can!

Good attitude as long as you keep putting in some effort it will help, you may not lose but you should maintain and on the days that you have time get a good workout in. Good luck

I've been away from the site for a while, when did you post a new photo? You look fabulous! Congratulations. Keeping up the diet is hard around the holiday. Not only is there temptation food around, but it's also so busy that it's easy to neglect our own needs. That's how it seems to me, anyway. Good luck staying focused, I'm sure you'll be back on track soon.
