This week has been tough and i put in a lot of hard work and its paying of worked out twice a day for four days of the week weights in the morning and soccer in the evening also glad to see that my legs are keeping up with the soccer practice and my chin splits are not slowing my progress, this was a big problem for me i could only play soccer once a week and after that my legs would be really pain full and would swell up i would need ice to bring down the inflammation but now that no longer happens, i am really happy about that because it means i can now give 100 percent at soccer the whole week which means my game improves and overall fitness increases and ultimately my body will start to shape its self as an athletes body and start to shed those stubborn body fats. looking forward to the following week ahead.
198.2 lb Lost so far: 45.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.5 lb a week
