For breakfast, I had:

1 cup of oatmeal w/ purevia(sweetner),& cinnamon
1 green apple
1/4 cup of egg substitute w/ff cheese & 1/2 tsp. homemade salsa added
1/2 bottle of water
200.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Looks like you have a great attitude for this journey! Good luck to you-you CAN do this. FS has helped me with being accountable to myself and more aware of my caloric intake daily.
