Lady, not to be a downer, but I often find that the consequences often show up a day or two later. Hope you get a nap. The full moon reliably messes with my good sleep.

I generally lose two pounds overnight!

This was 3 hours of ADDITIONAL sleep. I was up at 4:15 am, weighing 226, then back to bed for three more hours sleep.

OK , I get it. That's why fasting into the waking morning hours is good for fat loss. I often find the second weighing lower.
