Here I am again. It is January 1 2012 I am going to make this work for me this time. I don't feel like I am going get too much family support this time, because I have failed myself and disappointed them with all my previous tries.. So I am on my own.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
