It has been a hard week for my diet style. I went out of town and stayed with stayed with wonderful family--BUT their idea of cutting carbs is not having jam on your toast. I still watched what I ate and had a modest loss. My activity level was up quite a bit--My Aunt who is in her 70's (and looks like she is in her late 40's) starts moving the second she gets up until she lays her head on the pillow <--Great mentor. Now I have the crud ---I feel lousy but for what ever reason I am hungry all the time and have craving for carby foods.
251.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 1.5 lb a week

it's pretty bad when the elderly can outdo us, lol.... be proud of your loss, it IS in the right direction!!! =}

"their idea of cutting carbs is not having jam on your toast" LOL. You are probably craving because you overdid your carb intake, cut back again and after a few days the cravings will go away.
