feeling good, meeting my exercise goals.
I am more focused on portion size realizing my eyes are not accurate.
I have done well with decreasing by TV snacking. This has been the most difficult but I am doing my best to stick with my plan.

here's to a weight loss next weigh in
169.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week

I find reducing tv time as important as portion size.
