i did so good yesterday! Then I fed my daughter some Light Frozen Yogurt and ate too much myself! i still lost .2 but it could have been better! :-) Nor Worries! I'll do better today!
115.8 lb Lost so far: 36.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
