Following the plan. Eating more fruit, nuts and veggies. Only ate late on Saturday night, didn't lose anything come Sunday morning. Excerising (playing) more as well. I've been eating a good breakfast, soup at lunchand eating less at dinner. I keep nuts nearby for snacks and drink plenty of water. I am already noticing less hunger and more energy.
