Getting into the mindset for tomorrow!
169.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Just picked up food for this new diet - around $75 - not bad for 2 weeks worth of food (mostly). I was surprised by the number of carbs in the breakfast since everyone is *anti-carb* nuts nowadays (thank goodness as I'm a carb-aholic anyway). I'm assuming it's a heavy boost for the day and then fewer carbs in the evening hours. Very filling.

I'm making myself eat everything on this diet plan which (for lunch today) included 3oz of chicken meat for the sandwich. I have never in my life put 3oz of meat on a sandwich - usually, 1 thin slice or about .5oz is max for me. What have I been missing? That sandwich was absolutely delicious! And fresh kiwi?? Have never had that before either - just the already sliced, overripe stuff you pick up. What an incredibly satisfying lunch. Am stuffed!

It's almost 7pm and I'm still so full from lunch I just can't bring myself to eat as much as they want me to. Changing diet (yikes) and simply having a baked potato with salsa. No WAY could I eat 4oz of fish AND couscous AND broccoli AND tomatoes.
