Down to 160 - up to 170 - down to 160 - up to 170.
*SO* ready to start and maintain life style change! Quit smoking for 3 months, then started back up again. Funny how I gained weight back after I returned to cigarettes.
Back to non-smoking Jan 1st / beginning weight management/exercise today!
