I weighed in post-workout today. I drank more than I needed last night, about 4 cocktails: old fashioned and gin & soda. I don't care if my weight fluctuates. I don't care if it rises. As long as the fat deposits on my chest, stomach and hips keep shrinking, I'm doing well.
