hey everyone. i just made my last day of the detox phase and i lost 10 lbs!not only am loosing weight but i also feel healty and don't fell sluggist when i work out. i've even stoped smoking 6 days ago.i know it a short time but hey it's a start

my advice to people still going through the detox phase is to eat BOCA brand foods. my favorite is the patties. they really taste like chicken! they also have veggie burgers and great chilli (vegan chilli of course) i also suggest to eat early so you can exerise early and make it fun instead of jogging you can play tag with your kids or some sports (specially backgammon,handball,tennis).
