That was me too! I did not realize that my body loses weight so slowly that i did not even notice, so just keep trying! You got this! Try mixing things up at the gym :^D

Sometimes you just have to change it up! Your body adapts to "everything right" so try something different for a week or do some intermittent fasting to shock your body back into weight loss. You got it!

You have still lost very well - add some new exercises and don't let the scale rule things. get out your tape measure and remeasure when the scale doesn't move or better yet only weight once a month. The body weight fluctuates for so many reasons you can gain weight with a cycle or even in between when your ovulating.

It is probably water weight and will pass. No pun intended. Don't give up. You could be getting ready for what my husband calls a whoosh in losing.

Don't quit. If I quit every time the scale went up, I'd still be over 300 lbs and crying in my chips. You are not just a number. Remember that everyday is a new beginning, so I'm joining the FS Green Arrows challenge to help me focus on that.
