After yesterday morning's disappointing Big Loser weigh-in, I stuck to the diet 100% yesterday, even sacrificing my usual Sunday night glass of wine. Didn't manage to undo the whole 1.5lbs mystery gain, but just knocked that all important 0.5lb off to reach 2 stones (28lbs) off in total - YAY!!

The most exciting aspect of this is that I can book my next beauty treat, an Elemis Salt Glow, so that's very exciting!
182.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I always weigh more on Sundays than I do on Tuesdays. lol. Tuesday is my official weigh-in day and for some reason that is the day everything for the week "shows up" -- so for me I'm a little disappointed to have to do the Biggest Loser weigh-in on a day different from my normal day but I'll deal. Just don't be too concerned when you have a small fluctuation. It happens to me every week!

My weight always goes down steadily during the week, only to go up again to a greater or lesser extent over the weekend (when I allow myself some wine, which I guess could be the cause). My peak is usually on my weigh-in day!
