Today is day 8. I'm down 3.4lbs in my first week.
I drink about 7 liters of ice water every day.
I'm either riding my bicycle for 15-30 minutes or lifting weights for 30-60 minutes or doing both, keeping my protein intake at 200 grams or higher (one gram per pound of bodyweight), cutting out starches and keeping my caloric intake 300-1000 less than my caloric expenditure.
I still enjoy alcohol in moderation, and it goes into my calorie count. Usually one or 2 cocktails before bed. This website is an invaluable tool for counting calories.
My goal is to be below 15% bodyfat and be able to see my abs again while maintaining my arms over 17 inches. I don't know how many pounds that is.
