the holidays have totally done me in...time to get back on track!!! feeling yucky after all these sweets and carbs....cleaned out the refridgerator and trashed all the junk today; only to come to work and be surrounded by more junk!!!! where is my willpower? perhaps i will find it in the new year!!?? goodness knows, i need to!
152.2 lb Lost so far: 22.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Its not just the will power. Pre planning will help tons! My job constantly has treats and this time of year is only marginally worse so I'm going to have to be certain about having snacks and bringing my lunch to save me because my will power is about as strong as a single strand of a spider web. Tomorrow is a new day and you can get right back on track! Grab some celery and cream cheese for real crunch satisfaction or pick up some jello cups. You can do it!

You will not be alone in your effort to get back on track. Bringing your own food is the only way to go - and save some money too!

You have done so well all along. Sometimes the holiday "snacking" can lead us back to the old habits, therein lays the danger. Bringing your own food is a good idea. So many of us have given in to grazing where we should not have. Staying with people here on FS is so important, and checking in every day is so helpful. The New Year is almost here. We are off to a new start.
