Ewww.... today was my first real flunk in more than 2 weeks of diet.



At dinner, I let it slide and ate about 7 sausages, a bunch of toasts and some creamy rice.
I can say it was better than my usual escapades, but I still feel really bad that I did it.
And I didn't do any exercise either, besides walking to and from work.

Damn ...
Well, back on track tomorrow!
233.2 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 101.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 15.4 lb a week
