Ate salty peanuts, had lemon mixer with vodka, had lots of salty jerky, Ron baked peach upside down cake and Irene served potato chips yesterday/night. I always sabotage myself when I get a lower weight.
136.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
