I have had a really busy few weeks and eating anything and everything, not recording it and it shows! I am off on holiday in couple of days but I'll watch what I eat to a certain extent. Hope you're all doing better than me....
166.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
