Drat!!! Wish I could just stay under 150 for more than one day at a time!!
148.8 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I lost my weight over a 9 month period and found it best to just weigh in once a week. I did every Friday morning as soon as I woke up. That way I didn't get a false reading from misbehaving over the weekends...
