I had not weighed myself in over several months. I had blown up to 140 and am now back down to 131.5, but have been sick this month of December so I know this contributes to the weight loss. I will keep going and try to follow the same regime.
231.5 lb Lost so far: 17.1 lb.    Still to go: 111.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
