I dropped off in December when I was doing a lot of holiday cooking, entertaining, and enjoying the special things others cooked for the Christmas season. I'm now back to start again on my resolve to lose 60 pounds by July 1. From my starting point, I'm 7.5 pounds down. I have for the past week been sporadic at getting out to walk, but have walked two miles the last two days. I intend to get out after work today to walks also. The weather is good with temps in the 50s. I did the calesthentics yesterday, but not today. I need to get back in the routine of everyday. It's just hard to get up at 5:00 every morning to get in my 1/2 hr. before heading to the shower followed by work. I'll write more later about my walking partner and my motivation to succeed.
