I didn't want to record this weight, as it is high, but I did.
Today was my assessment with my trainer (last one had been a year ago - it was way overdue). Took my weight on the same scale as always. It had been right around 116 on Friday (I didn't record it, as I usually only record once a week). After taking my weight, body fat %, and measurements, he then mentioned that if it was right before my TOM, that would cause weight, body fat %, and waist measurement to be high. Well, guess what? Yeah, totally that time for me.
I think the 119 will come down in a week or so, so not concerned about it. Body fat % might have been a little high, but at 20.5%, it's still good (it was at 20% last year). My waist measurement was very slightly down from a year ago, so even if it is a little high, I'm good with it. Everything else (chest, butt, upper arm, calf, and thigh) were up, but that is definitely due to muscle. I have definitely gained muscle and leaned out overall (gaining muscle without gaining weight, overall). While the timing was a little off on the assessment, that should show more of a change next time. Even if not, the numbers are still all good, and I can tell by how clothes fit (except for this week - totally bloated), that things are going in the right direction.
