Wow very nice number after Vegas vacation! We did swim hard everyday and walked forever but I did have a huge meal at the buffet one day. I just had to sample all those deserts and found the bread pudding w praline sauce my favorite!!! Bread pudding was one of my first meals I learned to cooked as a child I couldn't pass it up!! Ok so today marks my back on track w body beast. I have an appointment w the Xbox at 4:00. Time for my little shake. Happy Wednesday !!

Congrats on that, Misty! I think it is all the walking and exercise. I know about those buffets. I have tried many there. There is just something to eating anything you can see. lol Funny, I was watching a lady do a huge, clean and jerk on video, and you came to mind. Have a great Body Beast, and video work out.
