I lost weight even though I didn't exercise any diet control. I guess that shows the whole period fluctuation. really bad bloating. started my day with green tea. hope i can start a proper diet today
157.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
