My plan is combination of other plans that includes, intermittent fasting 1 or 2 days per week. Eating whole foods, no processed food, Juicing, meal replacement shakes, calorie counting, no bad sugars, no dairy, no grains, and Metabolic Prime work outs 3 times a week and walking every day. 80 oz of water daily, no wine and 1 cheat meal per week where I can have whatever I want, that way I won't feel deprived and I'll have something to look forward to.
