Caliper at Thigh, 10, ab, 6, pec 2, iliac, 4.

Definitely depleted. Breaking the IF at 2:40 PM today. Supper preworkout shake at 5:30, then carbload post workout. Yum.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
