Apparently I lost more than potassium during this weeks heat wave!!---I'll it take though--as my grandma used to say "there's always something good that comes out of something bad :)"
184.8 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
