Today I've between small and moderate ketosis, I had to bake some brownies yesterday but surprisingly I didn't have any cravings for the chocolates. I guess being in ketosis helps!
BF = 27.3%
BMI = 23.2%
141.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
