Don't stress to much about it as it is not to late to take control again. Just set yourself a goal and stick to that then you should be well on your way again. Rooting and holding thumbs for you.

Gyming is right - don't stress about it or be too hard on yourself. It is never too late to take control - take a deep breath and exhale out any negativity/doubt. You can do it...what meal plan are you following?what do you think is triggering "falling off the wagon"..? wishing you all the best Denisepret23!
