Woohoo! I was on a cruise all last week, and didn't gain! :) I call that a win (especially since I am in maintenance anyways).
I was a little worried, as I did eat worse than usual. Mainly, I ate more sweets than I usually allow myself. But, I was more active, too. I worked out every day, did a lot of walking, took the stairs, and did an underground cave excursion that was about 1.5 - 2 hours of walking/hiking/swimming through an underground cave (it was left natural, so nothing to hold on to, and just a walking stick to help keep your balance, as they ask you to not touch anything). It was amazing, and a great workout!
