Scales must have been smoking something over the weekend, but I'll take the lie as a good sign this Monday morning. Yesterday was Movie Group, which always means too much good food. The nice thing is that while it's so freaking hot here in AZ, more members brought salads than their usual cooked dishes. Made taking that spoonful of everyone's offerings less costly. Have a good Monday everyone.
284.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 119.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
