the cheating caught upto me. I got a message from a friend inviting me to her son's birthday. that got me a bit motivated for it. it's in 4 days and day 1 is down. im going to try to keep the routine up tomorrow. hope I've lost some weight by then insha Allah!
158.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
