Funny I can't just be happy with the number on the scale, even though it shows a weight loss. I keep thinking it's water because last weigh in was right b4 supper and it was extremely hot outside. Now the weather is on the cool and rainy side.
I think it's the next weigh in nxt week that will seal the deal!
